An accomplished human resources executive, Gail Sullivan joined Baim Institute, then Harvard Clinical Research Institute, in 2004. After holding various roles of increasing responsibility, she is now responsible for leading all Human Resources functions, including staffing and recruitment strategies, compensation approaches and practices, talent management and employee engagement. Gail works in collaboration with leaders throughout Baim to ensure employees feel inspired by their work and are empowered to achieve their full potential. Gail attended Northeastern University and received a degree in business accounting.
