Rim Halaby, MD

Dr. Rim Halaby completed a residency in internal medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and a fellowship in general cardiology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania while also fulfilling a two-year clinical research fellowship at Harvard Medical School under the mentorship of Dr. C. Michael Gibson. During the research fellowship, Dr. Halaby participated in the design, execution, and enrollment of patients in large clinical trials.  She is currently an interventional cardiology fellow at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and is enrolled in the Masters in Clinical Trials program at the University of London. Her research interests are focused in structural heart disease and valvular interventions.
