Leading the site management team of 15 office- and field-based clinical research associates is Sonia Ammu. This team accomplishes all the functions from acquiring investigators’ documents, following the IRB process at sites, initiating studies, monitoring enrollment, checking data for quality to close out of the study. Ms. Ammu and the team are integral to Baim’s success in developing and maintaining quality sites for clinical trials.

Prior to Baim, Sonia worked for both CRO and biotech companies as a Clinical Research Associate for 5 years. She received an undergraduate degree in Global Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and MPH from Harvard. She then joined Baim where she now leads the Site Management group.
