As the Controller at Baim, Ms. Fritz is responsible for general accounting, financial statements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, contract budget preparation, contract budget analysis and payroll. She delivers operational efficiency through process improvements and makes a difference by building strong teams to improve performance and meet organizational goals.

With experience in finance with global pharmaceutical companies and academia, she has participated in two commercial product launches and a third-party logistics supply chain implementation. She is known for fostering strong relationships with cross functional leaders, solid business acumen, sound judgment and clear decision making. Throughout her professional career she has implemented SAP and Oracle ERP systems.

With an MBA from Bentley University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island, Ms. Fritz joined Baim in June 2017.
